1Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and viph ("viph," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the viph online gaming platform available at viph.one and any associated mobile applications or services (collectively, the "Platform").
By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any viph service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.
These Terms should be read in conjunction with viph's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and viph.
2Eligibility
To register and use the viph Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
- You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines as prescribed by applicable Philippine gaming regulations.
- You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
- You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
- You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of viph or any of its affiliated companies, or an immediate family member of such a person.
- You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the viph Platform or any other gaming platform for violations of terms of service.
- You must not be located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
Important: viph strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately and permanently closed, and any funds in the account will be handled in accordance with applicable regulations. viph reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time.
3Account Registration & Security
To access the full features of the viph Platform, you must register a player account. The following terms apply to account registration and maintenance:
- One Account Policy: Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) viph account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
- Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Philippine mobile number. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any details change.
- KYC Verification: viph is required to verify the identity of all players as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. You agree to provide valid government-issued identification documents when requested. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, or account access.
- Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. viph will never ask for your password via chat, email, or SMS.
- Unauthorized Access: You must notify viph immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. viph will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.
4Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the viph Platform are subject to the following terms:
- Currency: All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / โฑ). viph does not accept foreign currency deposits directly.
- Accepted Payment Methods: viph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and Philippine bank transfers (including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank). Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts may also be accepted.
- Prohibited Payment Methods: viph does not accept cryptocurrency of any kind (including but not limited to Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, or any other digital asset) for deposits or withdrawals. Credit card deposits for gambling purposes are not accepted in compliance with Philippine regulations.
- Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is โฑ100. Minimum withdrawal amounts are specified in the cashier section of the Platform.
- Withdrawal Processing: viph aims to process withdrawal requests within the timeframes specified in the cashier section. GCash withdrawals are typically processed within 10 minutes during normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1โ3 business days.
- Verification Requirements: viph reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts or where fraud is suspected.
- Own Funds: You warrant that all funds deposited into your viph account are from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of any criminal activity. You must only deposit funds that belong to you.
5Bonuses & Promotions
viph offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's terms:
- All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Specific wagering requirements are stated in each promotion's terms.
- Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment purposes only. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through systematic play, collusion, or other forms of bonus abuse will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
- viph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
- Players may only claim each welcome bonus or one-time promotion once. Attempting to claim a one-time bonus multiple times through the creation of additional accounts constitutes fraud.
- viph reserves the right to determine whether a player qualifies for a specific promotion and to make final decisions on all bonus-related disputes.
Always read the specific terms attached to each promotion before claiming. Wagering requirements, game restrictions, and expiry dates vary by offer.
6Game Rules & Fair Play
viph is committed to providing a fair and transparent gaming environment. The following terms govern gameplay on the Platform:
- RNG Certification: All random number generator (RNG)-based games on viph use certified RNG technology that has been independently tested and audited to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes.
- Game Rules: Each game on the viph Platform has its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before playing.
- Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction or system error that affects the outcome of a game, viph reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the wager. viph's decision in such matters is final.
- Disconnection Policy: If a player is disconnected during a game round, the game will continue according to its programmed rules. viph is not responsible for losses resulting from disconnection due to the player's internet connection issues.
- Collusion & Cheating: Any form of collusion, cheating, use of
automated software, bots, or any other method to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.
7Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the viph Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and/or legal action:
- Registering more than one account on the Platform.
- Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
- Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
- Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the Platform's software or systems.
- Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform in any unauthorized manner.
- Engaging in any form of collusion with other players or viph employees.
- Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such discovery must be reported to viph immediately.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing viph staff or other players through any communication channel.
- Attempting to transfer, sell, or assign your viph account to another person.
8Intellectual Property
All content on the viph Platform โ including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game content, and the overall design and layout of the Platform โ is the property of viph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of viph.
9Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, viph, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
- Loss of winnings or profits due to technical malfunctions, disconnections, or system errors.
- Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
- Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
- Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any service offered thereon.
viph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your viph account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. viph makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Platform.
10Privacy & Data Protection
viph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at viph.one/privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
viph implements industry-standard security measures, including SSL/TLS encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and viph cannot guarantee absolute security.
viph will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties except as required by law, as necessary to provide the Platform's services (e.g., payment processors, KYC providers), or as described in the Privacy Policy.
11Responsible Gaming
viph is committed to promoting responsible gaming and player well-being. The following responsible gaming provisions apply to all players:
- Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts. Once set, limits cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of at least 24 hours.
- Session Time Limits: Players may set session time reminders and hard limits to control the duration of their gaming sessions.
- Cool-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for a period of their choosing (e.g., 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days).
- Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to stop gambling for an extended period may request self-exclusion. Self-exclusion periods range from 6 months to permanent exclusion. During self-exclusion, the player's account will be suspended and they will be excluded from all marketing communications.
- Reality Checks: The Platform provides periodic reminders of time spent and amounts wagered during active gaming sessions.

12Suspension & Termination
viph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms.
- Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
- Discovery that the account holder is under 21 years of age.
- Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the player without valid cause.
- Requests from regulatory authorities or law enforcement agencies.
- Prolonged account inactivity (accounts inactive for 12 or more consecutive months may be subject to dormancy procedures).
Upon termination of your account for cause, viph reserves the right to forfeit any bonus funds and associated winnings. Legitimate real-money balances will be returned to you in accordance with applicable regulations, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
You may close your viph account at any time by contacting customer support. Pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course following account closure.
13Amendments to These Terms
viph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, viph will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes.
The most current version of these Terms will always be available at viph.one/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently revised.
14Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
In the event of a dispute between you and viph, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through viph's customer support channels. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or competent courts of the Philippines.
For disputes relating to gaming outcomes or platform operations, viph's records shall constitute prima facie evidence of the facts recorded therein, unless you can demonstrate a clear error.
